Sure, East Palo Alto has a well-earned rep as a warren of petty violence and penny-ante felonies. Small minds, inconsiderable deeds. As always, and as it should and must be, the ones who pull the strings are elsewhere, luxuriating in their ill-gotten mansions. They are the masters of organized prime: The Wiseguys.  The shadowy, elusive but all-powerful Riemann Cartel.

The Cartel is thought by authorities to have extended its tendrils into all sectors of economic and political life, and on a global scale. Indivisible ( integer-wise) and therefore unconquerable, the Cartel's power base is derived from the product of prime real estate and, of course, the numbers racket.

These rare surveillance photos show the three Primes of the Cartel on the occasion of a rare parley on the palatial grounds of a Cartel property in Palo Alto. These men should be considered dharmad and dangerous.
